CHAS Accreditation

We are pleased to announce that Riverside has gained accreditation to CHAS (the Contractor’s Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) following an extensive audit of our integrated Health and Safety management systems.

CHAS is the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK and is welcomed by organisations that are responsible for purchasing services from contractors, such as councils, housing associations, NHS trusts, including a growing number of large private companies.

In total more than 400 public and private sector buyer organisations, use CHAS as a way of selecting their suppliers and identifying competent contractors.

New Starter

It is our pleasure to announce that Paul Stroud will be joining the team at Riverside. He is the first of several appointments to facilitate the further development of our M & E division based out of our Head Office in Bridgend. Paul has extensive industry experience and has worked with most, if not all, of the leading consultants and contractors in Wales.

He is joining us at a very exciting time and all of us at Riverside are looking forward to working with him.

In order to be awarded the SAFEContractor accreditation, we’ve undergone an in-depth vetting process whereby our health and safety policies and procedures and track record for safe practice has been examined.

Only companies meeting the highest standards are awarded the SAFEContractor accreditation and we’re pleased to be affiliated with such a scheme.
